The aim of Cool Green is to deliver products made with highest care, to ensure you to have the best experience. In case you are not completely satisfied with your Cool Green products, you can return the Cool Green products, which are sealed, unopened and unused in their original packaging, within 14 calendar days after having received your products.
If your order is custom made product / CBD oil a refund is not possible. You will be asked to sign an order conformation up front. These products are non-refundable and will be send with a certificate especially for this order. These products are mainly business to business and for orders outside of switserland.
If you wish to return an item, please contact Cool Green Customer Service by this form. Once Cool Green has agreed with you the returning conditions, you can send the Cool Green product back to:

If at delivery your Cool Green product is damaged, you must inform Cool Green within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address. You can use this contact form, in which you can upload the photo’s showing the damage. Once sent back to Cool Green we will inspect the Cool Green product and send out a replacement if applicable. Please ensure the Cool Green product is packed thoroughly, so that the product will be returned properly back to Cool Green for inspection.
If a refund has been requested, upon the receipt of a Cool Green product by Cool Green, a Cool Green staff member will inspect the product to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be issued back to you via store credit or your initial payment method if possible. Return costs are not refundable, unless the Cool Green product arrived damaged at the destination address.
